Independent Executive Compensation Firm’s Brand Identity

Challenge

As executive pay continues to be a hot-button issue for the media and Congress, there is an increasing need for independence when providing executive compensation advice.  James F. Reda & Associates recognized this trend, and formed ito offer independent compensation and corporate governance consulting advice.  A fresh brand identity was needed to highlight the firm’s quality of expertise to executives and board members.

Solution

We addressed this challenge by studying competitor brands and designing a strong, image-associated brand identy that highlights the company’s unique independence, perspective and experience. We created a marketing collateral and a website with user-friendly and intuitive architecture. We ensured the site was populated with timely and relevant content, tailored to the needs of the target audience. Ongoing maintenance of the site by us and we ensured its functionality and the continuous addition of valuable resources.
